You will be a key player in every stage of the process-from assisting scale, customers, dispatch, purchasing and processing and coordinating. The responsibilities of the position include:



?Providing friendly service to customers and company departments

?Offering enthusiastic guidance to customers and employees

?Handle dispatching and assist technicians

?Supervisors support and assistant

?Maintain spreadsheet information

?Assisting in maintaining quality and organization.

?Keeping data and records up to date.



?Ensuring timely information deliveries

Requirements

?Bilingual English/ Spanish (PLUS)

?Excellent customer service skills

?Ability to effectively manage time

?Minimum three 2 year experience preferred

?Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include, Saturdays and Sundays

?Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions
