Who we are

Adobe Pet Hospital is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to our amazing front desk team. Our Veterinary Client Service Representatives are the face and heart of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation as well as in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Client Communication and Education
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients. At Adobe Pet Hospital we appreciate the value of teamwork communication and following through for our patients and clients. Our team loves coming to work for the fun friendly atmosphere and our whole team's dedication to making things right for our clients. We do our best to get the job right the first time and be accountable for our part in supporting both the human-animal bond as well as our community at large.
  
  This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with some alternating Saturday. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding practice and start or build your career in the veterinary field!
