Responsibilities:

--- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
--- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis
--- Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
--- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
--- Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
--- Helping businesses resolve complex legal issues
--- Explaining business laws and their legal implications to businesses
--- Drafting and filing paperwork to be submitted in court
--- Negotiating contract terms on behalf of the businesses
--- Preparing and assisting clients with settlement claims
--- Ensuring that the business processes adhere to the State and Federal laws and regulations

Qualifications:

--- Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
--- Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
--- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
--- Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm
