He/She is someone who enjoys helping others to succeed by eliminating challenges for their team. As a linchpin in the fulfillment process he/she is the subject matter expert on the ground for their department and regularly trains others in best practices.What You'll Do:Work side by side with and serve as a primary point of contact for your team.Meet daily productivity targets.Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of workload.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, targets, and safety procedures.Train new team members on operating procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.Collaborate with other team leads for cross-functional projects.Help implement process improvements and updates with team members.Understand and be able to learn industry-specific technologyEffectively teach, demonstrate, and ensure all Refs comply with all Company initiatives, Refs sustainability mission, policies and procedures: dress code, attendance.Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with all OSHA regulationsWhat You'll Need:Bilingual in English and Spanish a plusHigh School Diploma, or equivalent1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, fulfillment environment requiredFlexible, punctual, and reliable.
