Our solutions cover the entire stack, from router networking, data collection and processing, ML and AI algorithms and user reporting and education. - As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our Enterprise Products and Solutions. You will lead the Product Management team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver market-leading solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of the Technology industry, and a strong ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies. At Plume, everything lives within Product. What You'll Do: - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise Products and Solutions. Manage our product portfolio and align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a product - team providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive successful product launches.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, providing clear product requirements, resolving issues, and prioritizing development efforts.
- Drive the product development process, including product planning, requirements gathering, user experience design, and validation.
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep our product offerings innovative and competitive.
- Serve as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and gather feedback
