We are a four-generation private dental office seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Montclair, CA. Requirements and Skills: Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in dental office management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have at least 2 years' experience presenting treatment plans and billing - Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff
• Manage staff performance and development; give performance feedback, appraisals, and disciplinary/corrective instructions
• Present treatment plans, discuss finance options with patients
• Oversee other office treatment coordinator and ensure clear communication with patients regarding treatment options, insurance coverage, and financing
• Ensure office is meeting collection goals
• Manage office according to budget (including clerical and supply purchases, labs and labor costs, ect.)
• Ensure office compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Ensure all staff positions are covered at all times with sufficient staff or self
• Oversee appointment scheduling to optimize office efficiency and reduce wait times
