YOU WILL: - Proactively contribute to, implement, track and analyze product KPIs, recognizing and reacting to changes, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Build reports, find insights, and recommend actionable improvements for improving KPIs
- Design and execute experiments. Conduct performance analyses, provide recommendations, and monitor success of solutions.
- Work extensively with large amounts of customer and transactional data for analytics and validation
- Create ML models to predict customer behaviorABOUT YOU:
- A passion for digging in, finding insights, and plugging gaps in an empowered and ownership way. A deep intellectual curiosity and tenacity, with a desire to quickly test and learn. Excited about small businesses and using our data to deliver the best customer experience.
- Ability to clearly analyze and explain user journeys, or funnels, conversion rates, and KPIs. Ability to speak in terms of insights and actions by interpreting the data-not simply showing the data. A fantastic storyteller who is at ease presenting to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of financial health metrics, industry fundamentals, and trends.
- Proven expertise in SQL, data wrangling, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
- Experience with data modeling and automation.
- Proven experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
