Pay Rate: $20.70 - $24.35 per hour.Shift: DaysProvides new Team Members support and is the liaison between the Orientation Partners, Team Members, and Training Partners.-- This position reports directly to the Talent Scheduler.Perform a variety of administrative functions to plan, organize, implement, and accomplish department day-to-day functions and goals, supporting the onboarding of new Team Members.Track and monitor orientation checklists for all Team Members.Coordinate and schedule orientation, to include ordering and stocking food items, keeping SMEs on schedule, etc.Ensure orientation stays on scheduleProvide Team Members direction to assigned and scheduled floor tours/timeMaintain accurate records of training for all participants in orientationSchedule translation assignments, when applicable.Other duties as assigned3+ years experience in an office setting or working in a management support position with customer service and data entry responsibility.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work w/various computer systems.Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check More...
