Reputable Underground Utility company is seeking construction Foremen, Operators, Pipe Layers and general laborers. -
Multiple positions available.
ALL position requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience
  
• Underground, wet and dry utilities experience a must
  
• Must be able to pass a drug test and carry a current drivers license with a good DMV record
  
• Must have reliable transportation
  
  **All positions are full-time positions**
  
  
  
  
  Operator Requirements:
  Starting pay: based on experience. **Potential increase in pay depending on experience**
  
  
  
  Safe use and proficiency in operating an excavator, backhoe, loader and water truck. Keep equipment maintained in compliance with company safety policies, completion of any required paperwork, reporting and documentation.
  
  
  
  Foreman Requirements:
  
  
  Starting pay: based on experience. **Potential increase in pay depending on experience**
  
  
  
  Certification requirements:
  
  
  OSHA 10 training, Certified in trench safety, Competent Person and Confined Space.
  
  
  
  Knowledge of local utility jurisdiction specifications. Must have plan reading knowledge of wet and dry utilities. Ensure productivity of daily operations, good communication skills to effectively lead crew, delegates individual responsibilities to team members, emphasize safe use of tools and equipment (safety gear and PPE also), daily reporting project status to project manager. Problem solving skills are a must.
  
  
  
  Pipelayer Requirements:
  
  
  Starting pay: based on experience. **Potential increase in pay depending on experience**
  
  
  
  Certified in trench safety and confined space. Assembly and connection of pipe systems for sewer, storm drains and water mains, prepare ground and dig trenches.
  
  
  
  General Labor Requirements:
  
  
  Starting pay: based on experience. **Potential increase in pay depending on experience**
  
  
  
  Clean and prep construction site, digging, trenching and backfilling, follow foreman's instruction.
