Seeking a professional Office assistant/ Receptionist for a busy office located in Long Beach

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, vendors, etc. ? by phone, in person, and email.
Orders supplies and maintains appearance and functionality of common spaces
Responsible for mail distribution, handling deliveries/FedEx packages (inbound and outbound)
Order supplies
Handling any miscellaneous office maintenance tasks
Handling special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other branches
Other Skills, Abilities or preferred Qualifications:
Regular and timely attendance
Deal professionally and respectfully with clients, coworkers, management and others; welcoming to the public
Read, comprehend and follow applicable policies, procedures and directions
Safeguard confidential information and disclose only to those in ?need-to-know? positions
