We need an Executive Assistant that will be directly reporting to president and broker - for an investment firm. This is a professional environment and high profile position dealing with influential clients in the entertainment industry.



Looking for a candidate that is looking to move into a new opportunity that has the experience and background to support a CEO - This is an investment firm located in Los Angeles proper - candidates must live relatively close or be willing to relocate as this is a desired area to work.

- Must have good stability on resume. ( At least 3-5 years with a previous financial company)

- Must have experience supporting a C-Level Executive in Financial Services, Investment Firm, Commercial Real Estate Firm, or Banking Industry

-Candidate must work well supporting a very demanding CEO



Excellent communication skills, professionalism and strong organizational skills are a must. Will be responsible for general office duties- handling reports, filings and notifications. Must posses a keen attention to detail as they will need to accurately enter data and create correspondence. Will be asked to be flexible with managing various types of duties as requested.
