Experience Receptionist - Fresno California

A local Fresno company is seeking a positive, energetic, skilled receptionist to support their front desk. This is a fun, fast paced environment and qualified candidates will support the management team as well as provide a professional presentation for the company and to its diverse clientele.



Responsibilities:

? Be the polished face of the company

? Managing a very busy multi- 8 line phone system

? Use of proper etiquette in answering/directing calls, transferring to extensions and accurate message taking

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

? Strong communication skills both written and verbal

? Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person

? Must be able to perform basic office/clerical tasks: filing, data entry, etc.



Requirements:

? 2-4 years experience

? Bi-lingual Spanish

? Be able to take on new tasks and be proactive

? Ability to type at least 40 wpm or above



? High School Diploma

? Associates Degree Preferred.
