The largest Health Care provider in the East Bay is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the organization. This position supports executive management. Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data. Candidates must have advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and database software. Also looking for someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.



Scope of the project:

Top 3 preferred skills: Calendaring and scheduling, Meeting planning, Senior Executive Level Support/Sensitivity to confidential information

Top 5 daily responsibilities: Managing executive calendars, meeting planning and scheduling, other projects/duties as assigned.
