This Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for the following duties: -Answer telephones and route calls to proper individual and department -Greet clients and visitors and direct to proper department -Heavy calendaring and scheduling -Prepare and compose correspondence and memorandums -Assist in preparing various reports as needed -Handling expense reports -Travel arrangements -Preparing PowerPoint presentations -May assist with budget preparation and control -Act as Liaison between departments as well as clients -Other tasks as assigned



Requirements: -HS Diploma -Bachelor Degree highly preferred -Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) -At least 2-5 years of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
