This Accounting Specialist Position Features:



Looking for a accounts payable/accounts receivable knowledgeable in QuickBooks.

Prepare invoices payables, reimbursements and credit cards for data entry

Assign Purchase Orders, verify backups, obtain approvals and code to proper General Leger Enter and review input

Obtain required lien releases from vendors and subcontractors

Assist in reconciling vendor/credit card statements

Office

Make collection calls

Provide employment verifications as needed

Assist with quarterly reporting

Filing, faxing, coping, answering phones and any other general administrative duties

Participate in continuous improvement of processes in the office

Position Requirements:

Previous work experience in a construction company preferred.

MS Office required.

Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills.

Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
