Will provide consistent, superior customer service in the overall processing of all purchase orders and customer inquiries related to company policies and procedures.



? Participate in all order and data entry functions and all related customer service issues;

? Communicate daily with all customers by phone, email, fax, and/or in person as needed to address each customer?s

needs in a prompt and professional manner;

? Review and make any needed corrections to one?s own and co-workers? work;

? Solicit sales of new products and accessories whenever possible;

? Interact with all internal departments, including external sales, and work closely and assist sales engineers as

needed;

? Enter and maintain current, accurate documentation and files on all customers, distributors, and potential customers

within the given sales territory. Enter and maintain all data, including customer and sales data;

? Assist the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting delinquent payments as requested.
