? Job Duties: maintain thorough familiarity with the compliance of all State and Federal regulations, FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, and CGMP.

? Work closely with Office Manager to prepare for all external audits.

? Plans and coordinates, daily operation of the center.

? Prepare schedule for adequate staffing.

? Establish and maintain the ability to perform all tasks within the donor center:

? Assist with scheduling in-service and safety classes.

? Delegate or train new employees; maintain Trainer Certification.

? Perform employee evaluations.

? Monitor disposal of hazardous waste and all unacceptable.

? Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.

? Other duties as assigned to meet company goals.
