Administrative Assistant- Part Time- Monday- Friday

Are you a go-getter who is able to manage projects while wearing many hats? If so, this could be the position for you! A well-established HR consulting firm in the Fresno area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the owner with various projects. IMPORTANT: Ideal candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and typing speed at a minimum of 60 wpm. Administrative Support, Word Processing, Computer system and hardware troubleshooting, database management, light accounting and being the first point of contact of the company. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are REQUIRED! This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to excel in this critical role. This is a part time position, seeking candidates available in the morning, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

?Manages day-to-day office operations and procedures. Performs all administrative functions; e.g., word processing, filing, copying. Reports status of projects weekly.

?Evaluates production and revises or creates procedures to improve work flow efficiency and ensures all forms and systems are up to date.

?Prepares invoices, records payments received and monitors delinquent accounts.

?Utilizes QuickBooks to update and maintain financial information.

?Prepares monthly client activity and status reports. Conducts client follow-up.

?Composes, formats, updates and finalizes all client documents. Meets with clients as needed to gather information to complete projects.

?Administrative support ? Coordinating various print/mail projects including formatting, merging, printing and stuffing. General clerical work including data entry, sorting and filing.



Qualifications:

?Computer knowledge - Advanced proficiency in all MS Office programs with an emphasis in creating/updating an Access based database including programming.

?Administrative ? excellent typing and data entry skills. MINIMUM TYPING SPEED OF 60 WPM.

?Communication ? customer service with some sales skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

?Organization ? needs to be extremely organized to manage multiple projects, be proactive, and utilize good judgment.

?Flexibility ? must adapt easily to change and be able to jump from one task to the next with ease.
