Well known Healthcare Company has immediate need for an Administrative Assistant who has a minimum of four years experience. You will be responsible for managing ongoing projects, researching, project estimating, content development, data entry, analysis of information, follow-up on issues, preparing presentations, attending various meetings and coordinating them, assisting in execution of tasks on the workplan, and assisting in outreach and education. Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Lifecycle is a plus. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Looking for someone with strong organizational, interpersonal, project management and written/verbal communication skills; ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail and accuracy while working independently or as part of a team; proven ability to handle high-volume workload and multi-tasking projects.
