As the selected Administrative Assistant you will be appointed to interact with manufacturers in Hong Kong, China, and Japan regarding product regulations and international color standards.Keep up to date on international importing regulations for distribution countries.Perform copy editing functions on a variety of materials including packaging, marketing and press releases, in store displays and labels on individual products. Collaborate with marketing in writing copy for Twitter, Facebook and Email blasts.Receive and organize bills from vendors. Evaluate monthly expense forms. Execution of reports to President, CEO, and Department heads. Attend meetings regarding sales trends and analysis. Arrange travel.
