A Construction Organization is looking to fill an Administrative Position with a sense of urgency. This organization truly values their employees and provides incentives for productivity and exceptional work. This Administrative position will be the sole individual providing all around support to the owner directly. Someone who is self-motivated, technically savvy, flexible, not easily distracted and able to take off running with tasks assigned.

Duties include: ADP Payroll data entry into the ADP system for employees, assist with bidding process and contracts, Enter information into Microsoft Project. Ideal candidate will possess ADP Payroll experience as well as Quick books Pro Experience. Working with preliminary notices and lien releases would be ideal. Construction Industry experience is an absolute MUST.
