We are looking for an Executive Assistant to monitor emails of SVP, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, prepare travel documents for SVP, prepare SVP and executive consultant for meetings, make copies, find/assign meeting rooms, create meeting invitations, order/pickup and/or deliver lunch to meetings, pick/up and deliver technical review binders to the SVP while she is traveling, etc.
Job Description:
Supports executive management. Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data. Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Minimum number of years of experience required: 4+ Years
