Looking for someone with the following characteristics:

-Ability to work in a fast paced manner with high accuracy

-Pays very close attention to detail

-Highly organized

-Comfortable wearing many hats

-Great with taking instruction

-Light experience with marketing a plus

-Bilingual Korean a huge plus



Requirements:

-College degree

-2-4 years of work experience

-Computer savvy

-Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite



Responsibilities include:

-General office duties (e.g., answering/routing phone calls, bookkeeping, ordering supplies, mail/shipping, filing/copying/scanning/faxing)

-Maintain multiple databases to track status of projects, certifications, training and etc.

-Provide direct support to the business analyst for an engineering/telecommunications company

-Heavy emails

-Must have interest in engineering/telecommunications industry and marketing
