This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished Executive Assistant who takes pride in their ability to produce the highest caliber of work at a moment?s notice. This firm?s high energy, upbeat culture is ideal for a master multi-tasker whose graceful and unflappable demeanor will enable them to support a C-level executive in the midst of high profile deals and transactions.



The Executive Assistant will work alongside an accomplished, results-oriented industry leader and delve into rewarding assignments that support this firm?s strategic initiatives. Strong organizational skills will be essential to overseeing the CEO?s executive calendar, arranging domestic and international travel, and managing reports, records, and project information.



Skills required for our ideal Executive Assistant candidate will have 3 plus years in a similar role with strong MS Software skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, 4 year Bachelors Degree preferred.
