We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee and manage our West coast field service team. The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all field service activities, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Provide a high level of service to customers in your own territory, plus supervise and coordinate the activities of the West coast field service team, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
# Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery.
# Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures.
# Conduct regular site visits to oversee field service operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
# Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to field service activities, including work orders, service requests, and customer feedback.
# Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency within the field service department.
# Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
# Proven experience in a supervisory role within a field service environment.
# Strong technical knowledge and understanding of field service operations, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
# Proficient in using computer software and systems related to field service operations.
# Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
