Mission operates a wide range of concepts, including fast food, fast-casual and full-service restaurants and bars.*BENEFITS:** Medical, Vision, Life, and Dental offered after the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment;* 401(k) with company match;* Paid Sick Leave;* PAID employee parking *OR* company-paid MTS EcoPass;* Employee meal program;* Competitive wages and opportunity for professional growth!*What We Are Looking For:** Candidates who: possess at least one year of restaurant cooking experience;* Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;* Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: *Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication and Flexibility;** Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices;* Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;* Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation;* Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment;* Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.*Job-Specific Duties BOH Team Member** Prepare food according to Missions set standards;* Aid fellow kitchen staff in the preparation of food items;* Set up allocated stations as instructed by the Kitchen Manager;* Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in food preparation, food handling , sanitization and safety standards;* Unloading deliveries of food to the kitchen;* Organizing the storeroom;* Collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery;* Getting pots, pans, plates and cutlery back into use as quickly as possible;* Washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls;* Making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored;* Removing and recycling waste from the kitchen;* Receive instruction from the Supervisor/General manager;* Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in food preparation, food handling , sanitization and safety standards;* Early AM, Late PM & Weekend availability a plus;* Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers management!* Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.*Physical Demands:*Position requires ability to stand up to 8 hours, climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.*All Mission Yogurt employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
