Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader with a strong grasp of our industry to join our team as the Division President for the Los Angeles Area. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of our division through strategic leadership, employee development, effective communication, and fostering a culture of alignment. Job Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the division, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities while mitigating risks.
