Cornerstone is looking for a Sr Oracle ERP Cloud Engineer (OTC) who will be responsible for supporting the Order to Cash process in Oracle Cloud. This role requires working with business users to gather and document detailed requirements and translate those into technical specifications and configurations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other team members including end users, business analysts, or integration teams to determine functional and/or technical solutions and designs.In this role you will... - Act as Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Order to Cash area (Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Revenue Management, Accounts Receivables & Advance Collections) including system configuration, solutioning, building POC's, creating documentation, and educating end users about Oracle capabilities.
- Collaborate with variety of stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, completing configurations, testing, and deployment.
- Responsible for day-to-day production support of the Oracle Cloud, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in the production environment and in coordination with multiple support groups.
- Ensure incidents, Oracle enhancement requests and Oracle Service Requests (SRs) are resolved with in a timely manner.
- Support high priority deadlines such as Billing and Revenue close activities, and quickly respond and resolve technical issues.
- Build and manage relationships with internal customers and stakeholders by increasing and sharing the understanding of the systems while proactively identifying system improvements.
- Manage, plan, and execute small to medium sized projects and contribute to determining feasibility of goals/objectives.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and can effectively.
- Educate end users on Oracle capabilities.
- Work with the business and development team to design and implement system modifications.
- Write SQL queries to troubleshoot and create ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Review release notes, do POC's and drive adoption of new features that would be beneficial to CSOD as well as perform regression testing on upgrades and patches.
