This position is an addition to a growing Finance team, and support driving FP&A activities related to Operations P&L and will be partnering with various levels of business teams to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and business excellence.Client DetailsOur client is a global healthcare leader with top-of-the-line medical devices, generic medicines, and diagnostics.Description - Responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including the preparation of financial plans and forecasts aligned with performance expectations.
- Publishes comprehensive financial information covering historical, current, and future performance.
- Conducts financial analysis using relevant concepts and techniques, ensuring compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Develops detailed financial forecasts that integrate historical, trended, and current business data.
- Monitors functional and departmental spending against budget, identifying significant variances through system-generated detail and trend reports.
- Facilitates proper accounting at the functional and departmental levels by preparing journal entries and assisting in month-end close processes.
- Distributes financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.
- Undertakes financial analysis as directed by management, proposing alternative courses of action through the use of appropriate financial tools.
- Evaluates potential new business opportunities, acquisitions, products, tax planning, and spending initiatives by modeling various financial scenarios, including revenues and profitability.
- Conducts sensitivity analysis to assess the impact on revenue, expenses, and profitability by modeling changes in key variables, and recommends appropriate courses of action.

- 4-year degree in Finance or related field
