Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor business plan goals and objectives for the Merchandise Division
• Manage departmental hiring, development, and leadership
• Partner with Corporate Merchandise Buyers team to ensure inventory management and brand integrity
• Ensure Cedar Fair customer service standards are met
• Ensure division is compliant with all laws and regulations
• Develop and manage safety processes and policies
• Create and improve a long-term vision for the division Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing a multi-unit retail operation and games management
  • Experience with warehouse/logistics preferred
