The profile of people who work in MFG are world class, committed to establishing a new high water mark in the media industry. - - - - About the role - - - - As the Associate Director of Analytics, you will help the Analytics (North America) team be accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at EssenceMedicom to our Google client. - - - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct response campaigns, match market test (MMT) design, and experience working with large cross discipline teams. This role is crucial in driving our agency's data-driven decision-making process and ensuring our clients' success. - - - - Some of the things we'd like you to do: - - - Lead the design and measurement of direct response campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver optimal ROI.
- Develop and implement match market tests (MMT), analyzing results to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Possess practical experience with open source programming languages such as Python, R, and others
- Collaborate with clients , understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored analytics solutions.
- Work closely with the regional analytics team in a global capacity, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate analytics into all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Present complex data and analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner to clients and internal teams.
- Be seen as a trusted advisor by our clients for all things analytics related
- Drive successful application of advanced, yet practical, analytical capabilities. Measure ROI and evangelize success of our projects within Essence as well as externally
- Explore robust and cutting edge statistical and machine learning techniques for solving business problems given available data sets or 3rd party data.
- Play an instrumental role in evolving and designing new, innovative measurement tools. Managing the process through to delivery and take ownership of global roll out
- Deliver "best in class" analytical capabilities across the agency with the wider analytics team, including the use of new methods, techniques, tools and systems
- Recruit, manage and mentor analytical resource, ensuring the efficient flow of work through the team, the timely delivery of high-quality outputs and their continuing development as professionals
- Lead the creation of clear, robust and thought-provoking analysis reviews and insights
- Work with media account teams to help them gain client buy-in and run in market experiments wherever required
