JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Microsoft Applications Support Analyst Location: Camp Pendleton, CA Introduction: Rivet Operations Company ("Rivet") has an opening for a Microsoft Applications Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in the Camp Pendleton, CA areaThis position will be in support of the I Marine Expeditionary Force Command Element (I MEF CE) providing Technical Support Services for the G-6/Communications SectionRivet is an exceptional industry partner to the Department of Defense (DoD) and a leader in cyber security, IT management, logistics, supply chain management, process improvement and developmentEssential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:--- Provide technical support and training of O365 applications such as: Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.--- Work with the sections to conduct business analysis and process improvement to advise best business practices through implementation of Office 365 solutions and on-premise SharePoint 2013/2016 environments.--- Integrate within the project and change management lifecycle of I MEF to promote and integrate new technology and initiatives mandated by USMC and DOD.--- Implement SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions using both Out of the Box (OOTB) solutions, custom designed web parts, pages, views, lists and document libraries.--- Provide a persistent and adhoc O365 application and on-premise SharePoint support before, during, and after exercises and in support to deploying and deployed forces.--- Provide technical support in the development of customized SharePoint web parts using HTML, PHP, XML, C++, PERL, VBA, Access Basic, Visual Basic, Microsoft Scripting, MS SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and SharePoint Designer.--- Support a service desk and trouble ticket resolution, executing up to (50) service tickets per week, providing support to customer and resolving 75% of tickets each week.--- Open-minded, leans forward, and does not hesitate to reach out to others for help.--- Passionate about technology and excited about learning new systemsJOB REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience:--- Bachelor's Degree Preferred (Management information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)--- Must be a U.SCitizen and obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position.--- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (Exam MS-900) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification.--- Possess the requisite certification per DoDD 8140.01, CompTIA Security+ preferred.--- 2+ years of experience in building client-side SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML.--- 4+ years of experience working directly with clients, developing and executing SharePoint, O365 project plans.--- 3+ years of experience in managing, training personnel and documenting O365 environments and developed applications.--- Possess one of the following Microsoft certifications:--- Microsoft 365: Managing MS Teams (MS-700)--- Microsoft 365: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)--- Microsoft 365: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)--- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS-100) Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of timePosition may require typing and reading from a computer screenMust have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient mannerThere is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be requiredPossible lifting up to 40 lbsPlease note: Rivet Operations Company LLC reserves the right to change or modify job duties and assignments at any timeThe above job description is not all encompassingPositions functions and qualifications may vary depending on business needsRivet Operations Company LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applicants based on race, color, creed, religion, medical condition, legally protected genetic information, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, or Vietnam era, or other eligible veteran status or legally protected characteristics.
