Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Plus Relocation AssistanceAbout the Role:We're seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Supervisor with a passion for the dairy industry and a proven track record in leadership. If you've got experience in dairy (be it dry, fluid, or solid), and you've led teams successfully, we want you! This role is your chance to shine in overseeing our Quality Assurance programs, ensuring food safety, and leading our QA Laboratory staff towards excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead Quality Assurance Programs: Oversee all aspects of our Quality Assurance, including food safety, product testing, compliance, and regulatory audits.Manage QA Laboratory Staff: Take charge of the day-to-day management, ensuring high standards in product testing and calibration procedures.Ensure Compliance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to maintain and develop compliance programs with FDA, USDA, and international food regulations.Product Testing & Safety: Lead product testing programs, manage the COA process, and assist in food safety events, recalls, and traceability.Support & Communication: Provide essential support to production and sales teams, offering weekly quality reports and addressing quality issues promptly.What You Bring to the Table:Dairy Industry Experience: A must-have. Your background in the dairy sector is crucial for this role.Leadership Experience: Previous leadership role experience with direct reports is essential.Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field is desired, but not mandatory.
