Facility: These Community Health Centers have been deemed a Federally Qualified Health Center which have 13 clinics spread throughout their outlying counties, serving approximately 50,000 patients a year and employing over 500 members of the community. Opportunity: Seeking a Family Medicine physician to work in an outpatient setting. The schedule can be Monday - Friday or 4 days per week, with a patient volume of 16 to start and build to 20-24 per day. EMR is EPIC.
