- Keep a watchful eye on activities for rule and safety compliance; manage disruptive situations with guests
- Clean and inspect sporting equipment, facilities, or grounds
- Guide guests on hikes, activities, lead Kid's Camps and Adventure Clubs, care for dogs in an indoor dog park
- Follow all Delaware North Parks and Resorts policies and proceduresQualifications -
- Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect guest and employee safety
- Ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and know when to involve a supervisor
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures
