2:30 PM - 11:00 PM--2 Days off Per Week (Days To Be Determined)----General Purpose:--Helps repair and maintain company's machinery to keep production running. Help Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in everyday maintenance operations.--Job Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Manager as neededMentors maintenance mechanics by providing direction, guidance and training as neededTrain and coach new hiresProvide training for new procedures and/or policiesComplete all preventative maintenance work orders within the allotted timeAssist with everyday/ routine maintenance issues and repairsManage, follow up and complete items from pass down meetingsAssign daily jobs, PM's, and work ordersMaintain, repair, and rebuild mechanical, electrical equipment and machineryTroubleshoot machinery/equipment and make needed repairsMonitor boiler, ammonia refrigeration and plant air systemsMake daily rounds and log in dataVerify daily plant utility chemical testing in complete Communicate with the Purchasing Agent to ensure needed parts are ordered and proper inventories are in placeElectronically completes / verifies time and any materials removed from stock in SAPChampions LSW, 5S and other Kaizen programsDrives department employees to complete Dairy U training within the allowable timeframeComplete required safety observations to improve the health and safety of all team membersMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesDedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arriveFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsExhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgmentAdhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformityAttend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.--Other duties may be assigned as requiredPayCompetitive pay $35.98 - $40.53 per hour based on experienceRate includes $1.00 shift differential for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AMPaid OvertimeBENEFITSMedicalDentalVision401k Employer MatchLife Insurance - Company PaidAD&D, STD and LTD - Company Paid144 hours of Paid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid Sick TimeSign-On Bonus $1,500.00 More...
