CDL A Company Driver - CA
Class A Drivers with experience or fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Reefer Trailers. After training you will be running the Western 7 Region.

Job Details

• Running lanes are CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT.
  
• 100% No Touch Reefer freight
  
• Great Opportunity to start driving career with a reputable company.
  
• Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 3 months experience.
  
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset although most drivers get home throughout the week depending on where they live.
  
• Orientation in Jurupa Valley, CA or Lathrop, CA,
  
• Trucks must be left at the terminal during home time.
  
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
  
• Miles a week is 1800-2200.
  Pay/Benefits
  
  • Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor if under 6 months experience.
    
  • After training pay is .45 - .59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1000-$1100 a week
    
  • Experienced drivers range from .46 - .74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
    
  • $25 stop pay.
    
  • .06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.
    
  • Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
    Requirements
    
    • Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
      
    • Must be 21 with a Valid Class A CDL
      
    • Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
      
    • Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns or company policy violations.
      
    • No DUI's, felonies, misdemeanors in the last 10 years
      
    • Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
      
    • Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
