• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of sophisticated mechanical assemblies consisting of bearings, linear guides, air bearings, pneumatic components, etc .
• Assembly of sub micron level motion systems consisting of wafer positioning stages, chucks and air bearings.
• Prepare technical reports, summarizing findings, and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• Run diagnostic scripts and present reports
• Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced prototypes.
• Work with design engineers to complete assembly and test according to test plan.
• Create assembly, testing, and troubleshooting procedure
• Experience with high Vacuum system and the cleaning process
  • Must have
    • Hands on experience assembling mechanical parts such as machined parts, mechanical bearings, linear guides, and/or air bearings
