Job Description Pediatrician (MD/DO) Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina area Compensation: $200,000–$240,000 annually (based on experience) A community-focused healthcare organization in the Fayetteville, NC area is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join its mission-driven outpatient pediatric team. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $200,000–$240,000 (commensurate with experience) • Productivity bonus structure • $10,000 sign-on or transition bonus • Additional pay available for nights, weekends, and optional call • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for provider and dependents • PTO: 27.5 days in Year 1 , 42.5 days in Year 2 • Retirement plan: 401(k) with 3% employer match • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 • Life insurance: $300,000 employer-paid • Long-term and short-term disability fully covered • CME allowance: $3,000 annually • Malpractice insurance provided • Licensure, board certification, DEA, and professional dues reimbursed • Technology stipend: $500 per year • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and supplemental benefits available Schedule & Practice Details • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm • 32 hours clinical / 8 hours admin • One evening per week until 6:00pm • One weekend per month in emergency clinic (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am–12:00pm) • Optional after-hours call with additional compensation • 100% outpatient pediatrics, ages 3 days to 20 years • Average 25 patients per day , 15-minute appointments • Strong support structure: Medical Director, 2 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and 2 ancillary staff per provider • EMR: Athena • No hospital rounds required Requirements • Active North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain) • MD or DO • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics • New graduates welcome • J1 and H1B visa candidates accepted More...
