As a trusted healthcare provider in the region, the facility is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through a dedicated team of professionals.Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nurse Director of Emergency Services will collaborate with physicians, department managers, and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Reporting to the Director, are two CEN certified Emergency Nurse Managers and three tenured ER Charge Nurses.The Emergency Department is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, treating a diverse patient population. The RN Director will lead a team of skilled nurses and support staff, focusing on patient-centered care and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Key responsibilities include the development and management of budgets, policy implementation, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development.
