Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. What You'll Need: - Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
- Minimum of 4 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.
- Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Year minimum experience 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.
