Role: Customer Call Handling Rep

Description of Work:

- Taking inbound calls in a call center environment placing orders for breastpumps.

- Call volume is approximately 70 calls per day.

- Data Entry

- Provide outstanding customer service





Skills/Qualifications:

- Customer service experience required

- Knowledge of Microsoft office outlook, Word and Excel

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Prior call center experience is preferred



Different shifts available

Pay is $13.00 an hour
