Description & Requirements

The Director of Customer Excellence - Walmart will build and maintain customer partnership which includes leading the development and execution of mutually beneficial supply chain programs and is responsible for achieving business objectives & supply chain targets (On Time, Fill Rate, In Stocks, and efficiency goals).

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Supply Chain relationship with Walmart in partnership with Sales.
  • Lead a team of supply chain managers and analysts in the daily planning collaboration and order fulfillment with Walmart.
  • Lead work across KHC Supply Chain functions to optimize service to the customer.
  • Drive partnership with retailer to identify and implement end-to-end lowest landed cost solutions.
  • Oversee the administration of the customer efficiency incentive program.Work with customers to optimize KHC and Customer benefits from these programs.
  • Design and implement best practices with customer around forecasting and inventory optimization, while optimizing service and reducing waste.
  • Develop transportation solutions with customer to balance cost and service, leveraging delivered and customer pickup solutions.
  • Partner with Sales to enable revenue growth through effective service and delivery around promotions.
  • Serve as "voice of the customer" across HQ Supply Chain functions.
  • Identify industry best practices in customer facing activities and solutions, while evaluating adoption at KHC.
  • Drive daily and weekly routines across team to ensure key deliverables are being met.
    Requirements:
    • 8+ years' work experience in Supply Chain required
    • Direct experience with Transportation, Warehousing, and Inventory Management is strongly preferred
    • Proven track record of results in a customer facing capacity
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex supply chain issues and drive them to solution
    • Must have excellent Excel/reporting/PowerPoint skills
    • SAP experience is a plus

      Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
