Job Description:

The Salesforce Technical Lead will Partner with Functional Lead and Solution Architect to ensure solution supports the product roadmap and aligns with business needs including:

• Identify key dependencies and build the high-level target state architecture.
  
  
• Lead and coordinate workshops with cross functional teams and provide weekly reporting to leadership teams.
  
  
• Help collate market insights, defined best practices, and outline product roadmap.
  
  
• Ensure the developers are adhering to the MIS and DevOps guidelines and processes
  
  
• Address issues and questions from the developers
  
  
• Ensure Coding Standards and Best Practices are being adhered and followed by self and the developers religiously including DevOps guidelines.
  
  
• Ensure there is an approved design from architecture team to start building the features.
  
  
• Contact the Technical Leads or raise awareness during the daily stand-ups if a design doesn't exist.
  
  
  
  The preferred location for this role is Pittsburgh, PA with 2-3 days on-site per week. May consider applicants outside of PA with strong skills and the ability to travel occasionally for the role.
  
  Basic Qualifications:
  
  
  • A minimum of five years of Salesforce Development experience
    
    
  • A minimum of two years of experience with Lightning Web Components
    
    
  • High School Diploma or GED
    
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    
    • Salesforce Platform Development
      
      
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud
      
      
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
      
      
      
      Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
