The Accenture Studio Hospitality Coordinator will serve as a member of our location services team and will provide top-tier customer support, efficient service and develop organized processes for the day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for a wide range of services that include executing office meetings and events, internal and external customer support and general administrative care. The Accenture Studio Hospitality Coordinator oversees the daily maintenance and preparation of meeting and workspaces, relationships with vendors, reservation tool and assisting clients with guest badges. Additional duties may include time/expense reporting and reconciliation, invoice duties and projects in MS Office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts, review performance against strategy and budget)
- Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics and/or storage services, etc.
- Manage and schedule facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, security and other infrastructure appointments
- Creative problem-solving to ensure customer and client satisfaction while utilizing network of contacts
- Strong communicator, able to multi-task and make proactive decisions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office or workgroup
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience while visiting this location
- Identify and research new caterers and vendors to provide variety of options
- Maintain the space in a neat/tidy fashion including general use areas, repairs, inventory management, etc.
- This position will be located at: 801 SW 12th Street, Bentonville, AR 72713.
- The hours are typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and in-person Monday through Friday but flexibility is required for this role
Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills: - Passionate about customer service
- Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)
- Comfortable with technology and Audio-Visual set ups (advanced skills a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- SharePoint skills are also desirable
