OB/GYN Physician - Northern ArizonaLocation: Flagstaff, AZEmployment Type: Full-time, permanent position Position OverviewSeeking a full-scope OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in a vibrant Northern Arizona community. This role offers a rare balance of professional fulfillment, work-life integration, and access to outdoor recreation in a scenic region. The practice serves a diverse patient population and provides both obstetric and gynecologic care, including high-risk and surgical procedures. Position Highlights Thriving OB/GYN practice with 80 deliveries per month Deliveries performed at a Level II Trauma Center, 2 miles from clinic 1 in 5 hospital call, with partial midwife support State-of-the-art ultrasound on site On-site Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) consults via telehealth C-section rate <20% Only practice in the region offering TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean) Full-scope gynecologic care including menopausal, hormonal, and transgender therapies GYN surgeries including robotic procedures Support Team Registered Nurses (RNs) and Clinical Medical Assistants (CMAs) On-site ultrasound technicians skilled in high-risk OB scans On-site English/Spanish medical interpreter Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary 272 hours PTO annually (prorated) 80 hours sick leave annually (prorated) Eligibility for up to three loan repayment programs (HPSA score 18) Federal Tort and tail coverage Paid license, DEA, and board certifications CME funds and dedicated CME time-off Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model with community outreach services Qualifications MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency Board eligible or board certified Arizona medical license (or eligible) and DEA registration Hospital privileges approval for OB deliveries and GYN surgeries Experience or preference for FQHC, CHC, or PCMH settings Community Highlights Northern Arizona offers unparalleled outdoor recreation: hiking, biking, and water sports Strong, close-knit community with diverse cultural offerings Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, team-based environment More...
