Urologist Position in AZLocated in Tucson, ArizonaFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice. - Full-time, employed opportunity
- Typical work week schedule: 4 days per week in the clinic and 1 day per week in the OR
- 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient
- Average 25 patients per clinic day and 5-10 surgeries per week
- Manageable call: 7 shifts/month, with additional compensation available
Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary + Productivity
- Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
- After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
- Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses
- Possible Relocation Assistance
- CME: 5K
