Evaluate and process insurance claims in English and one other language. Communicate with policyholders and witnesses to gather detailed incident information. Determine claim validity and authorize payments within specified limits. Document and update claim files and ensure compliance with policy conditions. Coordinate with external adjusters and other parties involved in claim resolution. Provide excellent customer service by informing claimants of the process and setting realistic expectations. Fluency in English and one other language (Spanish preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in claim handling software and office applications. Solid understanding of claims processing and industry regulations. Ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies.
