What makes this opportunity different? • Above-market pay: Base salary $260K plus 20% of base in bonuses — realistic earnings over $300K • Small patient panel: 500–600 patients total • Light daily volume: See just 10–12 patients per day — really • 100% outpatient: No hospital shifts, no nights, no weekends • Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Support built in: Work with a fully supportive care team so you can focus on care — not admin headaches • New, state-of-the-art clinics: Modern spaces designed for comfort and connection • Call schedule: Minimal — for example, if there are 20 docs in your market, you’ll be on call just 1:20 • Malpractice with tail, robust health benefits, paid parental leave, 401(k) • Annual CME allowance plus generous PTO The ideal fit: • M.D. or D.O. • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) • Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required • Active, clear medical license and DEA • 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting preferred • Solid clinical skills: suturing for minor wound closures, joint injections, skin biopsies, and comprehensive wound care If you’re a dedicated primary care physician tired of juggling impossible patient loads, we want to connect.
