Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room circulation for a contract opportunity in Miami, AZ. This role supports a busy surgical environment with approximately 250 surgeries per month across four operating rooms. Surgical specialties include orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, gynecology, pain management, urology, neurosurgery, and hand surgery. Experience and confidence with neurosurgery cases and DaVinci robotic systems are essential. Key Responsibilities: Serve as an OR circulator, ensuring seamless intraoperative support and patient safety. Collaborate with surgical teams during diverse procedures, maintaining sterile fields and equipment readiness. Manage supplies and equipment, responding efficiently to the needs of surgeons and surgical staff. Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Participate in scheduled surgeries from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with on-call requirements approximately 10 days per month or less. Qualifications and Experience: Valid RN license with proven experience as an Operating Room Circulator. Competency in neurosurgical procedures and use of DaVinci robotics is mandatory. Ability to work within a structured schedule while maintaining flexibility for call duties. Flu vaccination required without exception. Willingness to adhere to a 100-mile radius policy for permanent residence. Adaptability to possible schedule changes, including up to three cancelled shifts over the 13-week contract. This is a contract position structured over 13 weeks, with a Return to Office (RTO) policy allowing no more than three days off during the contract term.
